Default RCA hi-low converter

I bought a hi low converter to hook up my amp to my stock deck, but I am having trouble finding the wires I need to splice into. I know I can go directly into the rear speakers on the deck lid, but does anyone know which ones?

The speakers both have an orange and a blue, and then a black and a red.

I need

L+
L-
R+
R-
- there is also a brown which is labeled common ground

The car is a 1999 honda prelude SH, and yes it does have the feed back system. What is the difference from the SLOC from the LOC?

Must have something to do with the acoustic feedback system.
I figured out which wires to use and the sub still doesn't work, just a buzzing/drone noise. When I plugged another player in via rca, the sub works fine. So it's got to be either the converter or the feedback system. Anyone who has used a hi low converter in a 5th gen lude, any input is appreciated.
