i have a b16a with a milled head 30,000 , cold air intake full exhaust and a 75 shot of nos i dont have a bottle warmer so i dont think i am not getting the full potential form the nos and i dont have the time slip but i ran a 14.2 but i went through the water with street tires my guy owns a shop and he looked at my times and said i have a high 13 second car and another thing is my miles and hour werent that good he said i should have been 103 , 104 but i was 97 i have a stock new clutch i dont no sometimes when i shoot it , it hesaties i dont no just tell me what i can do to get my car in the 12's with out a turbo i plan on getting the vafc 2 cams ingnitons bottle warmer mirco switch for the nos and getting it tuned by my guy and one more thing i have and ls transmission the b16a would help me in the 1/4 mile alot i here just get back to me tell me what i need

 

75 shot on a b16? It better be in a crx if you plan on hitting 12s with that. Seriously you can make all the power in the world but what good is it if you can't put it down to the pavement. Get some suspension work and a good set of slicks and you'll be in a lot better shape.

 

ls tranny will not make your faster it has "long" gears b16a tranny has shorter. shorter = faster (i didn't quite understand the Q). you can do a search about this. traction can be a problem if you have lots of power and a short geared tranny so then just get slicks. slicks + short gears = faster. also my opinion is your guys analysis of your time slip was incorrect. ex. 13.4 @107 this means my car should do a faster e/t maybe a had a bad start maybe i spun 1st and 2nd (I did). so if i had slicks it would have been faster. if your mph sucked then your car isn't what you think it is or you did something strange at the end of the track like let off or hit the brakes to soon. good luck

 

Yea. dont listen to anybodys educated guess on your times, Because it all varies. Get a CLutch Flywheel, Mounts and Phantom Grip and ull be in better shape.
