Default starting project motor question

I dont have the intermediate shaft, and i was wondering if i could still start my car even though i dont have any tranny fluid in it. guys in the other forums said i could. what is your thoughts on this?

Don't do it. When you start the engine the input shaft to the tranny will turn and so will the cluster shaft. Without the splash lubrication you will damage something. You might be able to get away unharmed, but I personally wouldn't chance it.
