Default Gsr cams question

I maybe be buying some 99 GSR cams to replace my 99 SI cams , I was just wondering If anyone has done this and if so how much more power can I get from switching to these cams, I tried searching.. all I could find is CTR/ITR cams etc.

thanks

I took 95 gsr cams and put them in a 2000 civic si ran good gained 5-6 hp. i would do it if you get the cams at a good price.I think the 99 gsr cams are better then the older gsr cams to .

you'll get a decent performance gain..as long as you only pay 50 bucks for gsr cams and you do the labor yourself or get it done by a friend.

Ever consider running a CTR/ITR intake cam with a GSR exhaust cam? Worked very well in my LSVTEC, except I had an Si exhaust cam.
