Default whining noise from timing belt area!

first of all i had my timing belt changed around 7k miles ago at Acura. So it has been doing it on and off but now it makes the constant noise. there is a whining noise coming from what seems to be the timing belt that is constant with engine speed. in nuetral it doesnt do it but once i step on the gas it gets louder. its hard to explain but my car sounds like a toy car. also is sounds to be maybe a lose bearing becuase i hear something knocking around. my friend mentioned something about fluid? any help will be appreciated, thanks!

could be ur waterpump. Check ur coolant level to see if its going down. If it is, then its prolly ur waterpump. I had the same problem...disappearing coolant, then came the whining noise ur talking about....turned out to be my waterpump.

Timing belt could be too tight.

a timing belt that is too tight will whine with engine speed and eventually fail. have it checked.
