Default Help Needed!!!

Well, i'm trying to get every little thing fixed before the year is over, hopefully someone can help me out. The only problems that i have left are as follows. First my car takes several cranks for it to turn on, but not when its cold; like in the morning when i first turn it on. The tach also jumps a bit and boggs when i stay at a certain speed for more than a second. The bogging goes away when i let off and then step on the gas again or just by stepping on the gas some more. It is beginnig to get really annoying, so i hope it can be fixed. i was thinking it might be the ignitor. Second problem is concerning code 23 on my ecu. i changed the knock sensor and it went away for a while, but know the code is there again. Could it be my ecu? Any help is trully appreciated

bogging= swap your o2's around (you have a obd0 b16a, right?)

jumpy tach= bad ignitor

well, the o2's checked out to be good. the wiring is fine and the senors are connected in the right place on the header. it's kinda weird!

Nevermind, the problem was the o2 sensors. I kept checking the wires and one wasn't connected. Thanks for the help
