Default CAM GEARS

I HAVE A 95 INTEGRA LS SE I JUST GOT A SET OF AROSPEED CAM GEARS. IM PLANNING ON PUTTING THEM IN TOMORROW. SHOULD I ADJUST THEM AN IF YES HOW MUCH DO I AN WHICH WAY?

I wouldn't if I were you, have your ride dyno'd if you want them adjusted.

Yes, you should leave them at 0 but what is more important is that you lay off the Cap Locks button.

Why did you buy arospeed?

Go with a better company that actually puts time and effort into their products, like AEM or DC sports.

dude LAY OFF the CAPS LOCK

As mentioned, you should set the gears to 0 until you can get it on a dyno. No two engines are the same, and no two settings work the same on different engines.

The best cam gears are those like Toda that have 6 bolts to keep them in place. I have heard stories of 3-bolt AEM gears slipping. I don't know if they have redesigned them or not.
