i currently have a 94 d16z6 tranny and a d15b7 tranny both hydro and the d15 has lsds.
so im goin to take out the lsd and put it in my z6 tranny
but the b7 uses like a 62mm washer or something like that and the z6 uses a 70 i think not tottaly sure

If it is a true DX/LX D15b7 trans, the diff uses 70mm OD carrier bearings, where the Z6 trans uses 80mm carrier bearings. The bearing OD is 40mm on the Z6 and 30 or 35mm on the B7. The diffs will not directly interchange.

you will need to get machine work done to the LSD to make it fit properly
