Default 93 Hatch Leaking Water Into Driver's Side Carpet / Foot Area HELP!!!!

heyyy, anyone who has had a similar problem or knows what this can be PLEASE let me know because im getting sick of drying my carpets lol.

Ok i have a 1993 hatchback DX and i noticed water on the carpets by the foot area on the drivers side. i dryed but the next rain it came back.
I DID NOT DRIVE THE CAR SINCE DRYING and the water came back so that crossed out the idea of water spray off the tires.
i then went down in my car and had a friend pour pots of water on the right side of my windshield area and didnt see anything coming in.

ANYONE that has ANY ideas please let me know im clueless

THANKS!!!

In my EK, the hose that went from the A/C evaporator (under the passenger side kick panel) to the engine bay used to leak like crazy. I just ran a bead of silicone around the edge of it and it stopped.

For JDM-EJ1: the leak on the DA9 is probably a cowl leak...it happened to my old DA as well and you can fix it buy replacing the rubber gromets (spelling) underneath the cowl, but for better instructions you can go to http://www.g2ic.com/tegtips/interior/15.html AND to 93CharcoalHatch: my 95 Coupe did the same thing but when I changed my windshield moldings it stopped leaking, not sure if it would do the same in your case though.... Good Luck

Passenger side is USUALLY just a plugged up evaporator drain hose. If you have A/C

I sent you a PDF file copy of the Honda Service Bulletin. There has been problems with the seam sealer around the hood hinge and other panels that cause leaks into the driver side corner, under the dash- that are really hard to find.

hey everyone i ended up bringin my car to a body shop and they found a leak in the top of the drivers side of the windshield. I brought my car to an auto glass shop and they said the water could have been collecting in my head liner and either running down the windshield or down the a-pillar. So i have an appointment Monday morning at 9AM to get a new windshield put in the right way, and im hopping this stops my leak to the carpets lol thanks for your help everyone !!!
