Alright...it's pretty hard to search for this because search doesn't recognize two letter words...anyway, I had my JDM ITR motor(98) in my 96 EX coupe (it's now totaled, but the motor is fine), and I'm going to be putting the motor in my 97 HX coupe. As far as the wiring, I have a few questions:

1) the HX wiring harness is pretty much the same as the EX one correct? Except for the O2 sensor being 4 wires instead of 2? How would I change it, if I need to?

2) Should I use my EX wiring harness that is already on the ITR motor? Would it conflict with the other wiring of the car?...meaning, would the parts of the wiring harness that are plugged into existing chassis harnesses conflict? (one being EX and one being HX).

As long as the EX harness is from a 96-98 EX then I would use it, basically direct plug and play with the ITR motor in your chassis - no wiring conflicts at all.
