Default Energy suspension complete master bushing set?

Ok im gonna order this kit for my suspension. I was wondering what can be installed on your own and what has to be pressed in or whatever. I wanna install as much as i can. If im not mistaken the only thing that has to be done at a shop is the lca bushings bc they have to be pressed in by a hydraulic press. If thats the case can I just remove the control arms and bring them in. Any helpfull input on the install of this kit would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

I havent even done the control arms yet. It'll take some time to pull it all and be w/o my car, + no garage yet.

The old bushings have to be pressed out. You can put them in yourself. I took my suspension parts to a shop and they pressed the bushings out for $20.
