Looking for a how-to for installing a new cam.
I hate to ask a question that has probably been asked before, but, I've searched and no results.
Does anyone have a how-to, or are there any on H-T, for installing a new cam in a d16z6?

Did you get new spring and retainers also? The cam install is easy as 1 2 3. Dont let the teeth on the cam gear jump on you. This is an in and out procedure. Lube will be needed for break in.
