I get 1.71-1.73 60s on stock axles

 

Stock axles.1.6-1.7 60' times. No broken axles....yet.

 

i'm running hasport stage one axles, which are made by dss. Broke my first set of hasport axles launching at 7k on slicks at the track.

 

just bought an axle from advance, lifetime warranty. i figure ill get atleast 2 or 3 replacements before they cut me off. im not making a whole lot of power though so expensive axles dont appeal to me

yeah same here.....i got a 99 b18c in my civic....i usually launch around 2.5k with avs es100's (yoko's).....get 2.5 60fts....never had a problem.....the last time i broke an axle was cuz i ran over a dog and some how it ripped the cv boot....

 

sorry....2.3 60fts....not 2.5

hey dave, what tire PSI and RMP do you launch at. I didnt want to pop a stock axle so I have been running 9psi @7000rpm on 24.5" slicks
