I've got a set of bc4's in my motor but due to tuning issues I've yet to dyno them. I've also run the bc3+ in my motor with good results. i wouldn't say they are the best just yet but they seem to be a top contender.

This is something that is going to be very subjective. You will have to look at some dyno graphs and think about where you want to make your power.
