hello everybody

i live in israel and i got a d14a4 engine on my civic.
all of the engine components and the engine itself are in the same dimensions of a D16.

MY D14 is a D16 .. they have same bore, but different stroke.

is it possible to vtec a d14a4?

In theory, but what you can do is get the head gaskets from your motor and compare it to a SOHC VTEC haed and first check to make sure everything is the same. Then we can work from there.

 

im wondering if there will be correct valve clearence for this to work anyone have any info to add?
