stock 2nd Gen B16a head on 83mm bored B18C block ????

Will my stock 2nd Gen B16a head fit on my new 83mm bored B18C block or will I have to modify the head? Somebody mentioned the valves might need changed for clearance purposes with the pistons? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
