Cable B16A in 91 Integra, Quick question!

Hello friends,

I'm going to attempt to put a cable-trans B16A in a 91 Integra LS, my question is:

Can I use the stock B18B ECU with the B16A? I know it won't have VTEC but I need to get the car up and running so I have transportation (the B16B is blowed up...). Will it fire up and run on the B18B ECU?

Will the cable-trans B16A distributor be compatible with the B18B ECU and run fairly well?

Also, will my stock Integra wiring harness work with the B16?

it should bolt right in. you can use the PR4 ECU, but i woudlnt recommend it for any length of time and it will rob you of a lot of horsepower.
