i noticed that my clutch is weird. there is no resistance till about half way. the resistance start halfway to the floor. why?? i dont know how else o explain it. please help me

 

sounds like you need a new clutch or that pressure disk thingie

 

uhmm where do i get that and how much? its so weird i have to step halfway down for it to start resisting or to have pressure. is it safe to drive on or should i just leave it parked?

 

any grinds? could be just way out of adjustment...

man price depends on too many things. just look up clutch kits online. and search man

 

i checked the adjustments behind the pedal and its where its suppose. man this sucks. as far as prices go i wanna bring it in a shop to do it unless i can do it myself but thanks for the help tho man. any other suggestion guys? i need all i can get

 

if its ur clutch i'd say its about 300-400 for parts alone...and then a shop will charge you another 400 to install it

 

Could be a number of things. Did you actually do your homework and search for related issues/topics? I know I havent been here that long but I am a member of another teg forum, I have to comment on something. I notice its always the same guys giving advice to the noobs, which is great, but when I answer a post I assume that the person asking the question did some research. Using 2 sentences does not help resolve the car issue at all. I think you guys make it too easy for ppl to sign up and just ask questions that were asked a year ago. I know you guys have discussed this before, but it bugs me when ppl ask questions without doing some research first.

 

Check out the simple stuff first. It could be as easy as air in the clutch hydraulic system.
