Default could this be rod knock?

hello all
I have a b18c1 in a crx. When ever I start the car up after its been sitting for a while (probibly every few weeks) I here a sound that kinda sounds like rod knock (a semi loud noise coming from the bottom end)when I start it up. The sound only last for about a minute at idle while its warming up and then it goes away. I am just wondering if I have a potential problem happening.

thanks

By rod knock to mean rod bearings going out? If it goes away once the motor is warmed up that's most likely not the problem. You sure it isn't just valvetrain noise, if your rockers are a bit loose sometimes when they warm up the sounds will go away as everything expands a little. To be sure, while the motor is warming up simply pull off each plug wire one at a time. If the knock goes away when you pull out the spark plug wire for that particular cylinder and comes back when you plug the wire back in then you just may have a rod bearing problem. Hope this helps.

EDITED: My word order didn't sound correct...
