tranny moves when down shifting...
its a 93 gs teg...theres a lot of problems witht tha car but tha one im worried about is when i down shift the shifter hits tha circle where tha shifter comes through, not lightly either, it kinda hits hard...if any of u guys know what tha problem is i would gladly appreciate tha help on how to fix it
By circle do you mean the hole in the floor where the shifter comes through? It could be bent linkage(or legnth is just wrong), it could be a bent shifter or maybe a bad motor mount. Those are the things I would look at first. Providing you are asking what I think you are asking.
ya where tha shifter comes through, i checked tha mounts and they look good and looked at tha shift linkage and...i guess everything looks ok
so if u have any more info about what might be tha cause and what i should do to test all of this stuff that would be great...or should i just roll it off a cliff!

So you checked ur tranny mounts and engine mounts eh? My bet is a/some mounts are loose and/or worn. Does your shift **** wobble at all when you accelerate or decelerate? Do you ever hear a clunking sound? You really have to get under the car to check your mounts. You can't visibly check them. Check for clearances. Good luck
