Default B18 swap into a EK

I bought a 97 Civic EX today with a SOHC in it that was blown.

I also bought a B18B for it.

So my question is...
what all do i need to swap this engine in? What parts? if you guys could let me know that would be great, so I could hopefully have the swap done this weekend!

btw, this is my first post.. i'm James... former 240sx owner (2 total) .. been wanting to build another honda its been a while

it's the same as any gsr, b16, or itr swap with the exception of vtec, it takes all the same mounts, linkage, and brackets.

you will need the rear SI mount. You will also need the drivers side mount off the D16 block. A/C mount from either a CRV or Del SOL Vtec. Unless you dont care about A/C. You will also need the trans and such.

some of the harness will need to be extended for the 02.

sure am. I am sure that the Y& puts them on the manifold near the front of the car. Integra puts it at the front of the firewall at the top of the a pipe.

How about starting by telling us what all you got with your engine...does it have axles? tranny? ecu? harness? exhuast manifold? What year is the motor?

All in all, it's a fairly easy swap any way you look at it.
