CODE 14 IACV Car Jerks Violently/Wont Idle
So im driving the last hour of a 23 hour trip and my check engine light turns on. The last hour of the trip was through heavy rains. The car seemed fine at hiway speeds so i disreguarded the light until i got home. When i got to a stop, the car shut off. I started it and had to keep on the throttle to keep it running. at 1800RPM the throttle bumps up and down like a rev limiter. When i give it more throttle, the idle fluctuates even faster until i give it enough throttle to get past 3000RPM. When driving the car below 3000RPM the car jerks really bad as if im on/off the throttle. I checked the code and its IACV but could it be something else on the same circuit? Ive seen faulty IACV's but never this serious. The car wont hold an idle, and it seemed weird that it would just turn on after going through a heavy rain. I've never had this problem before but had a problem with the car jerking violently on occasion when going from 0% throttle to any % throttle opening but have never got a check engine light until now.
BTW it's a 93' Integra GS with a B-16 and OBDI P-28
