hey, i'm a relatively new integra owner and the car i bought has the factory stereo, speakers, and everything. i really want to upgrade it all with new speakers, amp, maybe even a sub or two and i wanted to find out what speakers work well with integras and i figured why not ask the integra community first hand?
any help is appreciated. i'm only 16 so anything fairly inexpensive would help a lot. something with a lot of quality for not like a billion dollars thanks everyone!
just for reference, i've got a 2000 integra ls. voltage blue w/ grey/black standard interior (if possible have something that matches) i also plan on getting new tenzo seats, a momo wheel, and some blue neon to flood out of the spot where the pedals are. all color coordinating so any help to match would be excellent! p.s. i've got a pretty loud exhaust system so it would have to be pretty loud. it's a thermal exhaust system if that helps? i'm not really sure on the specs.

 

um... well u got a long way to go... if u want amp, sub and the whole thing its gonna cost u a pretty penny ... look on spendin a grand for the right stuff

ps.ur car sounds like the typical ricemoble of the teenagers... its cool if u like that stuff but in h-t unless ur lookin to get flamed might wanna keep it on the d-low.. (just a hint)

anyways i have an alpine type r 10" sub in a q logic box and alpine vpower400 mono amp 700w max for sale, ill also throw in Street Wires color blue amp kit if you buy it for $300+shipping . barely used and i got receipts i payd $450+.

Hey Man i had a LS I did some homework for a while and i came to a good cheap booming system that will defenatly get some look at's in the streets, front door speakers i picked the Infinity Kappa Component sets of course your front and rear door are 6 1/2 inch, and in the rear i went with the Pioneer Rev Series 6 1/2 both sets of speaker you could find them on ebay prettay cheap. for a Head Unit was where i blew most of my budget money I Bought a Pioneer DEH-8 series. you can't go wrong with front, rear, amp cd changer preamp outputs. and in for wiring for speaker i wen't with monster cable 12 gauge. Now for the fun part of the system i went with subs i had 3 Alpine Type-R's in a custom build enclosure out of medium density fiberboard. For My Amp i used a Hi-Fonics ZEUZ Amp, for the door speakers the amp i picked was a Pioneer 760 watt amp. for my amp install kit i used a lightning audio amp kit. and i got a cheap infared cap and no more lihts dimming when the typhoon BASS Kicks.

The Hole System costed me about $1090. But It Was Well Damn Worth It.

Im sure the tegs rattle like my civic coupe... he is correct, you will need it for the deck, and probably doors.... my trunk doesnt rattle at all though....
