look into a wet-shot system. either way you'll need some way of retarding your ignition.

ah geez.

ok to be totally safe....

NX wet kit. ZEX is safer but NX gives wheel HP of what it says.
RPM window switch (turns off NX solenoids over a certain RPM, so that if you mis shift or something you dont have NX to do more damage)
Retard the ignition (buy ignition like mallory hyfire)
Buy colder spark plugs
buy a wide open throttle switch if the kit doesnt have one (goes behind the acc. pedal, you prob. know all this)

hope this helps.

I thought wet kits aren't good for fuel injected cars due to possible puddling in the intake manifold or something like that? is this true?

wet kits are safer then dry. if its jetted properly then there will be no puddling.

for a 50 shot you do not need to retard timing. just get one step colder plugs and you will be fine.

also do NOT buy the mallory ignition. its fine for low reving V8's but over 6,000 RPM it sucks *****. if you dont believe me just check my dyno, or anyones dyno that has one. misfires out the ***.

the WOT switch can go behind the gas pedal or or in the engine bay at the TB.

for an H23 my reccomendation would be a ZEX wet 55 shot. it will require the least ammount of support mods and you should be able to run that all day long.

just do a compression test before you get into it.
