94-01 Integra and 92-95 (EG) Civics share the same chassis. Thats why things like suspension and seats can be swapped between the two with no modification.
Integras are just nicer than Civics
-SMZ, who owns both a civic and integra

OPINION:
Integra (to me) makes a better tuner chassis since it comes with stiffer suspension, larger antisway bars, and strut bars on GSR & Type R models. Additionally, it also comes with a B-Series motor, so there is less work to be done when adhering a swap. However, Civics (Hatches in general), have shorter wheelbases, and can use the same suspension/chassis parts as integras. So if you're gonna rip everything out and swap everything else out for aftermarket anyway, u can usually pick up a Civic hatch chassis/shell cheaper than an integra anyway. Just my semieducated .02cents.

Like stated above, these two share the same chassis. Think of it this way... Their skeleton's are the same (only minor differences ie. length), but they have different skins. You either like an Integra "skin" or a Civic "skin".
Personal preferance is what seperates the car owners ie. look, style, interior authstetics, and comfortability just to name a few. Buy it if you like it.

if you're looking at a shell, i'd say the only thing i like better about the integra is that it looks sportier. everything you can do to an integra (motor, susp, etc) can be done to a civic.
The only difference I say is that tegs look way better than a hatch! I regret selling my teg and geting a 92 hatch. But a hatch is lot lighter and everything from a teg just bolts right up to hatch. The muffler might be the only thing that has to be modified.
I don't understand why people say the Integra is a better tuner chassis.....it's the same in that respect.
The Integra IS, IN FACT, a better car. Acura is Honda's luxury line. Just sitting inside an Integra you can see how much nicer it is than a Civic. There is a reason why the Integra costs significantly more new than a Civic.

The teg does look way better and cost more but the hatch has way more room in the inside. I had my teg looking like a red type-R with bronze c10's and carbon fiber hood. That bitch was hottest teg in philly.
btw i bought this shell https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1052891, are the seats different in gsr's is anti lock brakes standard on gsr's, actually if any one has a good link to general teg info with a break down of models and trim levels i'd love to see it
