you must be blind. They sell HID bulbs, kits, conversion kits, and various HID parts separately.

I looked as well, and couldn't find an H4H kit, nor H4H-based capsules.

This thread is old, but an individual had some information about a company called Santeca Electronics and claimed that an H4H kit was/would be available. I'd try contacting either him or the company to see what the status of the kit is:

By the way Russ, were both of us blind and unable to properly follow links, or does the site you linked not carry an H4H kit or H4H-based capsules?

 

I have JDM Honda H4H bulbs, sold singly.
