where should I set Vtec at.

Default where should I set Vtec at.

What is the best place to set the vtec at. I have a H22a4 on a 4th gen prelude.

dynoing it would be the best to see where its set at best.

1000 rmps so j0o almost idl3 in it y0!..............

Honda puts it at 5500 for a reason, based on the stock set up.

what i heard the h22a4 vtec stock is at 5200. what is the stock rev limit on the h22a4.

mine stock was 5200, but I got mine set around 48-4900 and its nice and smooth all the way to the top

just play with it and see where it feels best at. see where it kicks hardest...thats the only way to do it w/o dynoing it....every car accepts a different setting.

The only correct way to do it is dyno it, but if you have to set it with out dynoing i would say around 4800-4900 rpm's. But the again thats my 2 pennies.

On stock cluster its 8000
