Default boosted lude with accord trans?? opinions?

i've installed boost for a while now on my h23.. the only problem is the synchro for 5th gear is acting up.. i'm looking into replacements.. has anyone tried using the f22 manual trans on their h23 .. not only that but h23 with boost?? any recommendations on whether i should look into this or just buy another h23 trans.. comments and opinions welcome

thanks

ben

Longer gears are nice on FWD turbo cars.

If you can get one dirt cheap, give it a shot. It will let you load down the motor harder in the first few gears, making more boost....and it will help with traction.

thanks for the responses.. any issues of the tranny not being "strong enough" to handle the power??

the thing that is so temping about the f22 trans is the longer gears.. =less revs on the highway= more gas milage
i was considering this.. but a buddy has a spare h23 trans for like 300.. so i might just jump on that.. maybe put phantom grip in it.. or something

LoL, i'm selling my whole F22 motor trans and ECU for 200. And you think 300 is good just for a H23 trans.
