Default idle problem d16z6

d16z6 in 94 dx

CEL
code 3. MAP sensor
code 19. auto tranny sensor. it's an auto P28 running a 5spd
code 21. VTEC solenoid

no other codes, which makes me WANT to rule out the IACV, although i havent had time to actually take it off and see. i cant find any vacuum leaks, and i tried replacing the map sensor but the 2 screws rounded as soon as i put a screwdriver on them.

*ALSO*
i reset my ECU and code 3 went away, but the idle problem is still there. when we did the swap my friend started messing around with the idle adj. screw. could this affect?

what exactly is the problem w/ idle? Is the VTEC wiring done? Go ahead & remove the Auto components if you can, at least get rid of that...

the idle jumps between 1000 and 1500 rpm. could the IACV be faulty and not throw a code?

and no...vtec isnt wired. i need the ECU pins . i have a junk GSR harness that i'm using for the rest of the wiring

it's already a 5spd if that's what you mean by removing the auto components. i just have the ECU from the auto that it came from

anyone else?
