Default B18c ARP main bolt install?

Hi, I am doing a LS/Vtec and am using an Endyne block girdle. So I got the ARP B18c main bolts. My question is do i torque the studs down first, then put the caps on then torque the bolts. If so what are the specs? The instruction it the box said put the studs in hand tight, then torque the bolts to 70 pounds. That doesn't sound like enough to me, but if so let me know.

Those directions are accurate. Make sure you always follows the ARP instruction or you could see some bad things happen...aka spun bearing.

Thanks guys, I just thought they needed to be like some head studs and be torqued down 10 ftlbs. But I just followed ARPs instructions and hand tightened them.
