Cam gears don't add hp. They are used to tune to create horsepower from the existing mods you have. So gains would be different between cars and mods and do not always represent gains from cam gears alone.

the gears are there to help you maximize the gain from whatever performance parts you have added by altering the timing of the intake and exhaust cams. gains will depend on what you have modified so far. if you want mid as stated, it a good ideas to get it and tune it on a dyno. correct me if im wrong

if you put in cams and upgrade the valve springs and tune it on a dyno with a hondata s100 what gains would be possible with intake, exhaust, cam gears, power pully's, and an intake manifold?
