Ok here are the two setups I plan to use for my street car. I will mostly be doing 0-80mph runs. I was wondering which one would be better.

Setup # 1
Gsr engine
Sleeved my golden eagle
je 9:1 pistons
Eagle rods
Clutchmasters stage 3 clutch
Itr LSD
Custom turbo boosting 15lbs/ with hondata

Setup #2
Crv/vtec with b16 tranny and type r head
endyn rw 11:1 pistons
eagle rods
jdm 4-1 header
clutchmasters stage 3 clutch
Itr LSD
zex 75 shot
apex vtec controller


Which setup do you think is better?
And what kinda times bo u think I could get with the second setup on the 1/4?
