Default itr pistons. what kind of rods for NA street????????

I have itr pistons balanced by spoon sport in my eg b18c, with the spoon head gasket i should be around 11.4 compression. I am going to purchase skunk2 stage two cams, with titanium springs and valves. I want to keep the car NA and reliable but im not sure what kind of rods i should get?? I was considering type r rods? I heard crower is great but better for turbo aps. Im not sure how important rods are when you are going NA, if anyone has advice or experience witha similiar setup it will be appreciated.

Eagle rods are the best for your buck
They include arp bolts and are very strong
I highly recommend them
