looks like you may have chopped one of the power wires that run the ECM I think those wires also give siginal to fuel pump.
check out your cut and paste maybe put it back to stock way it was before why did you chop it up anyways since you had b18c and b18c5 = same wiring
you said you were running an aftermarket computer umm you should have tired to start it with that same computer.
what model car u have si, dx??

its a JDM EF8 CRX SiR , it originally had a b16a in it.
to be honest im not sure what wiring was used when it had a b18c1 engine in it , since i did not do the conversion, it could be a b16a wiring loom
but either way after i dropped in the b18c R engine in it < complete running engine , distributor , alternator , etc >. I looked my original wiring , and most of them doesnt fit to my ITR engine plugs/sensors
Thats why i chopped some bits and pieces off my ITR wiring loom, and im running my the parts that originally were on my b18c1 engine.

So the car has no power at all or just wont crank over. Check grounds, thermostat ground if just fuel pump isnt kicking on. What about wires going to the underhood fuse box, make sure the tranny ground is good too. Cuttin a sensor wire and resplicing would probly not make your car get any power.

the engine cranks , ignition is working fine , i get all the warning lights , but computer is dead

So your getting spark, and if your getting spark and the car still wont start it is a fuel problem. Main relay? blew a fuse ecu does have a fuse. ect...check anythign and everything to do with fuel. Get a wiring diagram and check all of the fuel system wiring.
