Default How did you fix your code one?

I keep getting a code one after about 15-20 minutes of driving. Once the cel comes on, it runs like **** until I hit closed loop and of course runs fine then. I'll reset the ecu and it will do it again the next time I drive (since I rarely drive for more than 30 min) I searched five pages with just the word "code" and didn't find a solution. BTW, brand new bosch universal o2 WELL connected to the stock wire. Any help??
