No need to mess with any pinouts!!! Do not use the OBD2 ecu in your car, you have a P28 ecu in there already which is perfect for chipping with specs to run your B16. If you have an OBD2 B16 ecu just sell it. Any extra sensors on the B16 which you do not have plugs for you will simply just ignore!
You should also sell or trade your distributor for an OBD1 version which will plug into your harness with no mods. You may also have to swap the fuel injectors out to put in your old ones since the OBD1 connectors don't fit OBD2 injectors...or you could also take the plugs off the OBD2 harness (if you have it) and put those on your stock harness.
These are a few little things you can do on your own before even starting the swap, if you do these there will really only be the grunt labor of the swap to do.

yes i do have the b16 ecu and wire harness and what not but the thing is that i have only done simple mechanics like installing intake, clutch, short shifter, i have never soldered anything before

What I'm trying to say is if you have a 99-00 OBD2 ECU and harness, you can't use the harness at all, and you would have to buy and expensive conversion harness to use the ecu. Why do that when you can sell them both and have your great stock ecu modded to run your new motor, with less electronic restrictions? You don't need to be a wiz with soldering gun, it's pretty easy. Otherwise you can crimp/splice them together and shrink-tube over it. Installing a clutch is alot harder than soldering!!!
