Default Install price on lowering springs?

How much should I expect to pay someone to get my new H and R's installed?

The going rate per hour in your area will be a factor. Figure 4 hours @$40 for a 5th gen (that is what I paid). If you are having it done, consider doing shocks at the same time as the bill only happens once along with the alignment that you need to budget for ($50 or so).

80-120 bucks around here

or a 40 dollar returnable deposit for a compressor
and some tools and do it yourself

its not that hard to install it yourself. save that 100 buck and buy sumthing else.

4 hours!! SHouldn't take that long at all. Anyways, around here...shops charge around $60-100 for the install.

Are you guys familiar with the book rate? That's what mechanics have every right to charge you, competition may drive the price down though. I would consider $160 in labor to install springs on a Prelude a bargain, do you have a clue what's involved?

It's so easy, it would be a shame to give someone else your money to do it. Really, just buy a couple friends dinner and have some fun with it
