The reason why the signal is off is because of the fact that you're using a Motec 3 bar map sensor and not the Power FC Boost pressure sensor that you should have received with your kit. It really changes the signal output of that the unit reads and thereby could change the reading you're receiving. FC datalogit for turbo hondas is needed unless you have about 10hours of tuning that you can afford to do because the Commander can only read at 10 X10 resolution at a time

Get the Power FC pressure sensor and disengage the MOTEC. That will solve a lot of your problem right there.

The boost pressure sensor is the boost controller that can be plugged with the pfc?
If i purchase this pressure sensor ,what about the map sensor?
What should i use as a map?
Thanks alot for your help

No. the Boost Pressure sensor simply allows the Power FC program to be able to see ANY boost whatsoever. It basically acts as your map sensor, which it will replace. There is no longer a need to use the 3 Bar map sensor with this boost pressure sensor. If you notice, this same sensor is made by DENSO.

Ask your distributor about a Power FC boost pressure sensor.

You can chance the settings for the MAP sensor either with the Commander or FC Edit.

You can also buy the AVCR, the solenoid etc. is equal with the Power FC boost control kit.

I think if you use the PFC MAP Sensor you just have to select "Option 2" for the MAP sensor.

But don't quote me on this, maybe someone can confirm this?

You don't wire the PFC map sensor, for it should come with a 3 wire cable with a black harness to fit into the sensor itself, when you get the boost kit. On the other end of the cable a white harness connector that goes into the ECU itself. You' would simply run the wire through the firewall and connect it. Then use option 1 for the map signal in either the commander or the FC datalogit to change the map. Make sure that the amount of boost is just over the amount of boost you plan to run daily. For example, if you run 1 bar of boost, set it to about 1.2 bar on the BOOST selection of the Commander, Option 1. If you don't you'll hit the set boost cut at about the .95bar level. I just realized that recently...
