4 quarts, any 5-30 will work, trans takes the same unless you feel like getting the honda mtf.

And please search... You're about to take a beating...

alright... where to start

first off its from an XSI. (92-93 JDM integra)
you do have a cable tranny and you should buy honda mtf (manual transmission fluid)
i've heard you can use engine oil in the trans but i don't know if i trust it. i personally use pennzoil syncromesh mtf. i believe your transmission takes 2.3 qts of oil but i'm not sure. i'm not super familiar with b-series stuff. i would assume your engine takes 4 qts of oil.

if you want more information you should do a search, the button is in the top right hand corner on the navi bar. make sure you search archived posts as well as recent content to see the most amount of information. read all you can and learn how to maintain your swapped rex. good luck with your car, it sounds like a real nice platform to start with.

EDIT: i didn't see the other info before i posted all that so don't think i'm stOOpid!!

Why don't you try a search for 'grammar'.

In some defense I did a search for "oil capacity" and got this:
-Error
-» No Results Found

-Your search for oil capacity returned no results.
-Please try different search criteria or a different data set.

-» Go Back

But I also did a search for "oil" and got 201 listings!

Besides, when you go buy the oil there will be all kinds of Chilton and Haynes manuals laying around as well as reference books and counter personnel to ask and if all else fails try "Google".

I use Castrol Syntec 5W-30 in the tranny and Castrol GTX High-Mileage 5W-30 in the engine. It takes about 4 quarts for engine and maybe 3 for the tranny. I have noticed that the GTX High-Mileage gives me better gas mileage and the engine actually runs better than with Full Syntec. I was testing them both for a while. Also note, I have a different engine than you though.
