for about 6 months i was running on stock internals; but alas, i got boost hungry and my motor blew.
Im now building the motor up; and I would recommend u, if u have the capital, to build up ur motor b4 going f/i on the b18c5.
Running low boost will be fine for the motor; but trust me..u will get thirsty for more power, and when u do try and ante up the boost; the motor wont last very long, due to the high cr.
However, I have heard of ppl running 10-12psi on the b18c5..BUTTT, they were running stand-alones and thicker headgaskets.

I ran 10 psi, no problems at all, cept fuel economy, everything stock. (C5)

J&S and a level (smart) head is the key.

What a nice thing to hear.

Whatever ever happened to the other half of your dyno pic w/boost?
