My throttle cable has all the slack taken out, but when I heard of this "thing" it seems like a logical thing. I was just wondering if anyone had it and could pass on some feedback.
Here is Weapon R's page on it... http://www.importstudio.bigstep.com/generic.html?pid=21

All it looks like is a different diameter throttle rotor. As thus, it takes less rotation to pull more Throttle cable.
It seems pretty logical to me too, but I'm not sure how much something like this would help. I think I'm going to buy it and see. If I don't like it, you'll be seeing a blue one on eBay within the next month.
I was just hoping someone would have some first hand experiance.

Ugh what a gimmick. Don't buy it! All it does is collect up more throttle cable earlier in the pedal travel. So what happens if the throttle is wide open when your pedal is only 3/4 of the way down and then you press the throttle down the rest of the way? You stretch that cable and then it'll break.
i agree with mercury. cant see it being really worth it. kinda thing youll put on and it will like stick open or somethin and youll wish you just spent the money on a tune up or somethin....
I put one on my 92 hatch and it helped throttle response a little but not enough to really make a difference I thought. Take it off and you'll think the throttle is sluggish though. Something to try if you got some money to blow, won't help performance but makes it drive a little better.
BTW it's a $1 piece to make so it's purely rice $$$ on their part!
