do you have springs or coilovers in there? it sounds like you have springs and you just want adjustable coilovers... i say go with skunk2 or ground controll, they are best with some type of after market shock too. everything should cost you around 600. at that rate, you can spend 800 for the very basic tein set up... its up to you.

ummm you don't want teins because you don't want to go on the track? that's not a good reason, haha.
get the tein superstreet (SS) ... 16 way damper adjustable....you can make them as stiff or comftorble as you want....and also adjust the height whenever you want. just my .02

but you obviously have no base knowledge. all you said was that adjustables suck and you want your car lower.
you are asking for opinions, then mine would be a good set of true coilovers... tien, zeal, omnipower, you get what you pay for.
but when you come in hear saying you dont like coilovers, but springs dont fit your needs either.... what do you want us to say.
do some research instead of asking a general question, then ask a more specific question.

it's not about what i know...it's about what i wanna learn about...real ignorants are those who stop searching and think they know it all...
i admit that i generalised abit witht the "adjsutables suck" but i never said that no spring would fit my needs....i use to have neuspeed race on my teg and i was very satisfied by the dropp....but again...what i meant by the comment on the adjustables, is all the "adjusting" involved and i guess listening to too much bla bla by most people who can't even change their oil...made me some what of scepticle on this aspect...but then with the help of great people like your self...you can clear me up and make that much more....knowledgeable!

ok.
i must say i still find it difficult to answer you question, but i will try my best.
if you are unhappy with the way your car sits, and you are very particular about it, which it seem you are, then i would get a coilover system. the set up you had on your integra(skunks and kyb's) is not bad. however you complained of the comfort of the ride. so my suggestion would be to upgrade to a better system, omnipower, tien, zeal, and many others.
now if you dont want to shell out the cash for a system like that, which is understandable if you will not use it like you say, then another option is to go with a standard lowering spring. the reason i figured you didnt like springs were because you want your car to be that perfect height for you. and that is the problem with spring, you get a ruff estimate of what they will do(.75" 1" 1.5" so on) and then you are stuck with how your car settles.
hope that help at least a little, however i still suggest that you research diff brand and what not.

great answer..thx alot...it's true when you look at it...im sorta f'ed which ever way i see it...i dont like the ride on the cheap *** ajustables...but i dont feel like dumping out the cash for some hardcore setup....but the i can go for a coil where i wont like the dropp probably...but then if i get adjustable i will slam it to tha ground and *** everything up...lol....the worste is im sure that is whats goign to happen....i really envy you guys out in the states...your roads are jsut insanelly nice...here and i have to specify...in the Province of Quebec in CanaDUH! aka booneylad....are roads make us look like were only drive 18 wheelers when the pavement is staritng to warm up after our long *** winters with 100cm of snow + (notice i use the cm, instaed of the " ) am i from the candanuh or what lolol
enough making fun of my self...thx for your response...i will search and see what coils are out there...and what will prolly happen is aill dish out that extra 2 bills and get some tein or something...or go all out cuz im deseperate for ***** and get some bags haha...
