Default price estimate for installation

anybody have a guess on what installation would cost to install...

crower camshafts
springs and retainers
intake manifold
hondata s100
and get it tuned

ill prolly do the intake mani myself, and most likely get the camshafts in myself which i can do. what about just the springs/retainers, and hondata with tuning

if your going to have the springs/retainers installed they are going to have to remove the camshafts anyways to get at them.

Just went to honda dealer for quote on springs.

8 hours labor x $78 per hour. (if they remove the head)

Do the math.

damn its a shame when the installation cost twice as much as the product. alright thanks alot. looks like its gonna be a while til it gets in. hoping to get enough hp to make a difference.

people around here do it for around 300-350 i belive but this is with out tuning

everything u want to do is pretty simple to do, but the part thats gonna take the most time is the spring install. if u dont have the snap on tool then ur gonna have to pull the head in order to remove and install the valve springs. i installed my springs myself with the head still on the car. took me a while to do cuz i made a "ghetto" style snap on tool. i was too poor to buy the tool.
