About 4 days ago I noticed that <U>sometimes</U> when I let off the clutch in first gear and give it gas it makes a squeaking moaning noise. This has only happened a few times since 4 days ago but when it does it it does it like 3 times in a row then it wont happen again for a while. I searched this and I saw alot of topics but none like mine. I read that people where lubing the clutch slave cylinder or something like that and pulling it out and greasing it. How do I go about doing this and would this maybe be a fix for this? Oh yeah the noise never happens when I am in any other gears, only letting go of the clutch in first while attempting to move the vehicle.

 

My clutch pedal has squeaked for four years...on two different clutches.

Its normal.

 

my clutch squeaks too, and it isn't the pedal. i plan on replacing it in the next few weeks, but it has been that way for the past 2 years.

 

mine does it too. when i first noticed it, i freaked out. but after 2 years of doing it, it's still grabbing strong. don't worry about it.
