any one have any suggestions, tips for peeling tint off a rear window, without damaging the defroster lines... any help is appreciated.. thanks guys..

 

use a heat gun and do it very slowly and easily or else u will peel of the defrost/

 

no heat gun, blow dryer?
and what about the left over goo/glue residue?

 

you can rent a heat gun for a 1/2 day for like $20, i rented one and ended up not even using it (but my rear window wasn't tinted, just the sides)

use a razor blade and "Goo-gone" or "Goof-off" to get the sticky glue off.

make sure u stay well ventilated. i got high and almost passed out when i took off my tint. it was that nasty purple tint that is supposed to be black!
