Windshield wiper doesn't work..

Hi,
I have a 96 honda accord and the windshield wiper has stopped working. It doesn't move at all and the spray has also stopped working at the same time. Could anyone tell me what might be the problem and would it be an easy fix?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

This happened to my old accord...

If you look at this, part #6 had come apart at the pivot point. This or a similar problem maybe have happened to yours.. I also had only one wiper conversion, so this might have put a lot of extra stress on it.
