can't really tell you how much HP you'll gain, but maybe 5 to the wheels? when you remove the PS and AC, it just take off strest from the crank. so it'll work fore freely. kind of just like an lighten flywheel.

I took the PS belt off my B18A1 and you can't feel a difference. I took mine off because I didn't want power steering in the hills....you can feel what the car is doing better without it. There is really no difference.

i felt more power everywhere, i also felt the roads much better

A/C = Air conditioning. Duh. 
You won't gain anything from removable of A/C, except weight (haha, 5 lbs.) loss and freed space in engine bay.
