Under the distributor:

On top of the transmission, under the distributor: (you can see the oil line)

Under the distributor, under the upper hose, under the cylinder head:

# 6 on this pic:

Is # 6 the o-ring that is there so NO oil will seep out? If so, can this be the problem. I'm really hoping it is and not the head gasket. I'm not really losing any oil at all nor is there any sign of coolant in my oil (changed the oil yesterday when I noticed this). Plus, the leak is ONLY from that area, not on the other side of the block/head. Can this be the culprit?
Thanks.

That O-ring can't cost more than a few dollars. Buy it and replace it. If that doesn't solve it then go deeper. Plus you'll have a new O-ring on your distributor.
Yeah it looks like its just the O-ring Dimi. If its not, then as the guy said above go deeper.
I think I have a leak somewhere as well. I am going to try and look for it when I change my oil.

That looks like a Single Cam. I have the same problem but mines a dual cam and im getting leaks from the same area. But mine is a cam seal (because theres one on that side). I think your problem though is the O ring.

Does the o-ring usually give out at a certain amount of miles? The distributor was never replaced or removed. Well at least it's not expensive at all.
before you remove the distributor, scratch a line across the top so when you put it back on your timing is in the same spot. i say this because i get the feeling you dont have a timing light to adjust your timing. take the dist off and put a new O-ring on it. clean things up and go from there.
