Default What head will fit on a ZC block?

I know a guy selling an '89 Integra (for $100, and it's in great shape!!!) with a dohc ZC engine, but no head. Will any D-series head fit? Specifically, would a non-vtec D16 head bolt in, and would the car's ecu be compatible with it? I think on the dohc ZC's there is a knock sensor on the second cam, but I'm not sure if that would be a problem.. help me out!

1st: is it a D16A1 or a DOHC ZC?
2nd: No other head will fit either
3rd: Not worth it IMO (Buy a complete ZC instead)
4th: Good Luck

Is there a way to tell what engine it is by the year of the car? I thought the '89 tegs all came with either a sohc or dohc zc.. Guess I'll have to find out some more information from him.

Well nevermind, my buddy is buying this car, and it turns out he's swapping out the entire engine with a 96 dx one. Still, will the teg's ecu run it?

If it's a US Teg, it's a D16A1, the DOHC ZC is a much better engine w/ about 12 more HP.

An 89 Teg ECU is the best US ECU to use for a DOHC ZC.
