I think it's on the ECU itself.

Pull back the carpet, and the sound crap....and you'll see the ECU, the blinking light through the hole tells you all the codes.

Search: CEL codes....

Cel= check engine light...

There's a bunch of pics floating around.

But in short words...
a blink=1
a long blink=10

so....
BLLLLIIIINNNKKK BLLIIIINNKKKKK blink blink= code 10+10+1+1=22 then you'll find 22 is for....dadadadada.....oil pressure i think.....

Just make sure it's the right code for the right ecu. The ecu number is a sticker on the side of the ECU.....starts with a P...
hope i helped you out bro.

Pull up the carpet under the glove box. The gold thing with the plexiglass hole in the center, and the wires coming out the left side is the ecu. When you turn on the car it will flash once. Start your car and look at the plexiglass hole "or just wait a sec with the ignition on, it may read the code without starting if its been in there". It will flash if there is a code. Count the number of times it does it. When the is a 2-3 sec pause it will start again. And so on, keep counting. If you come up with the same number you only have 1 code. If you come up with several different numbers you have several different codes. Here is a reference to the codes. Enjoy everyone.

P.S. I believe only the pr3,pw0 ecu has the electronics to flash long for 10 and short for one. You should get all short flashes so add them up.

Yea dude, its not hard, code-readers really arent necessary for obd-0 cars if you have a manual or somthin that tells u what code means what. and u do, posted above. good luck
